A company can appear entirely legitimate on WhatsApp — a real logo, a professional pitch, an invoice with a bank account on it — while having no verifiable trade history behind any of it. Sellarge replaces that assumption with a verifiable record.
A single score derived from completed transaction outcomes, not self-reported claims. It cannot be purchased or fabricated by a company with no delivery history.
Maintained separately from Trust Score by design. A company may be new and low-risk, or established and newly exhibiting fraud signals — the Risk Index identifies the latter before it affects a transaction.
Verified
Existence verified against official registration records before a profile is created.
Bronze
Registration doc + director ID + 1 completed deal.
Silver
10–20 deals + $100k+ volume + good ratings.
Gold
50+ deals + $1M+ volume + verified docs.
Every representative is checked against their company’s Sellarge directory before they can act inside a Deal Room. This is enforced by the platform, not confirmed independently by a counterparty. A representative who has left the company, or never existed, cannot operate inside one.
When a shipment date is disputed months later, the original agreement is required — not a recollection of a deleted WhatsApp thread. Audit logs are append-only, unchanged from the day both parties agreed to the terms.
The remaining risk sits off-platform. If a party claims to be using Sellarge but the transaction is not actually running inside an official Deal Room on sellarge.xyz, that is not a verified deal — it is unauthorized use of the Sellarge name, without any of its protections.
